Better Luck Next Thyme....

It must have been gas because there are no babies in my belly. So I guess I should say "excuuuuuuuuuseeeee meeeeeee" for all the belching I've done lately.

I guess the cool thing now is that mom gets the next few months off to go play with my other babies, take some trips, and I hear someone is moving out and someone is moving in....hmmmmm. Better not be me or I'm taking my new bed and goin' to Gramma's!!

So I guess I'll catch you peeps on the flipside, some time in July when me and Remy get to visit again and mom gets to hit the beach!

...exsqueeze me!

Promethazine Please!

My day started off so-so, it was Keester after all and I was planning for a BIG feast of ham, taters, devil's eggs, corn casserole....mmmmmm.

Then it hit....Gi-normous waves of nausea. I've never had nausea before, not sure what it is exactly, but mom does. I couldn't understand it...I didn't want my breakfast, it STUNK. How could I NOT WANT TO EAT!!!!!!

Then it got worse. Mom took us all running today at the most bestest (that means it was ultra cool) in the world...our training grounds at Taylorsville Lake. It's REAL close to our house and we go there lots to find birdies, swim in the lake, hike..well it's just plain FUN! Well it was a great day to be out, my daughter Poo had an awesome bird maneuver mom calls a "stop to flush" and she got big praises. She's in bird dog training and mom was very impressed with her progress.

Then it happened.....I ripped my ear. EWWWWW the blood. OUCH it hurt. My day went from nauseating to just plain WOMIT! Mom made me get in the truck and put this ugly forsaken hat on my head to get me to quit shaking...BUT IT HURTS!!!!! Then we came home and just when I thought it wouldn't get worse...it DID.
I had to get a bath to wash all the blood off my face and body. Just GREAT! All dried off, mom used this liquid bandage stuff and fixed my ear. Then off to Gramma's we went for our EASTER FEAST!!! It was all there...ham....taters....rolls....veggies...appetizers...mmmmmmmmm. I could really eat that! But mom gave me a bone, she said to settle down so my ear wouldn't hurt. But the bone had the same effect as my breakfast had....NAUSEA...ugh.

So I gave my bone to Poo, because she did good in the field today.
Mom didn't go for feeding me a ham dinner, but she was probably smart cause it would probably just make me WOMIT.

And I HATE to WOMIT!

Happy Keester!

This is my daughter, Windy. She's sooo sirius. Potter, Bela, and I decided to dress her up and have mom take her picture, because she really is a flower child...or maybe a thorny weed..LOL!
Peeps all around!

Four Five Therefore Nine...

"Nine & Nine Therefore Eighteen....Eighteen & Eighteen Therefore Thirty-Six....Four Five Therefore Nine"

That's the song of the day for many reasons.

1. Mom can't count (unless it's by 5's).

2. I loved Remy SIX Times.

3. Remy and I loved over TWELVE days!

Now YOU do the math and tell me when these babies are due? HAHAHAHAHA

Seriously. I went in for one of those therapeutic tummy massages on Monday morning with mom and Gramma and when Dr. Ross dimmed the lights, I must have dozed for a moment because all I remember is Dr. Ross saying "you're probably a little early...come back next week".

Next week? Early? For what? Another therapeutic tummy massage...uh OKAY!

When we got into the car, mom and Gramma explained to me that I *might* only be at day 16 or 18 or something. Day 16? 18? OF WHAT?

Then Gramma looked at me and said it....the 'P' word.

Porkchop.

HA...just kidding. She said I might be P.W.P.

Preggers With Puppers.

Well I hope so, or else I have a mad case of GAS!

So if I was at day 16 or 18 on Monday...that means today might be day 19 or 21 or something.

Like I said, the song of the day "Four Five Therefore Nine".....

All these numbers make me tired, my bed's in the sun, what a perfect place for the "S" word....

....SNOOZE!!

Mom made us do it!

Happy St. Pat's y'all!!! Bela calls those his beer goggles but he doesn't drink beer so I call them his ROOTBEER goggles....cause I LOOK GOOD....naturally!!!

Let's talk about the "pudge"

I hosted a dinner party last night (actually mom & I hosted) and since I'm the hostess (don't call me CUPCAKE) I was the center of attention for most of the night. They talked all about my little "pudge" and my svelte figure, and that for being almost 30 days I looked quite good. I had to correct them and tell them I am almost 6 years, not 30 days...and that I liked presents and SUPRISES! I wasn't one for a photo-op last night but sometimes you have to give the crowd what they want.

Now give me some cheese MEG!
Here's me at Day 27....looks like I made it..BARELY!

3.14.2008

I'll never make it to Day 27.

IF YOU DON'T FEED ME!!! And to think, I'm just inching on getting halfway through this 'ordeal' and I could eat you food, my food, rob my kids food dishes blind, mom's french fries, a peanut butter & pickle sandwich (isn't that pregger girl staple food)....I'm so hungry...I'd even eat BEETS....

...no, I'm lying. I'd pass on beets. I'd rather eat dirt...mmmmmmmm MUDPIE!

So quit snappin' and FEED ME!

The downsides of being popular

I've been home a little more than 24 hours and this popularity is hard work. As soon as I get all snuggled down in mom's bed, my first (of many) visitors arrives. I can't say I'm not interested, I'm a socialite, guilty as charged. So down the stairs I run...GRRRRAAAAMMMMMAAAAAA!!

Oh how I missed Gramma. I give her the best "Timmy TwoToys" she's seen in a while, she even says it's one of the best. Who is "Timmy TwoToys" you ask? It's my alter ego, my ventriloquist impression, without the dummy...unless Bela is standing beside me. I grab 2, or many more (my record is FIVE) toys and ROOOOOOOOOOO from deep in my soul. It's fun, you should try it. Then we'd have Timmy TwoToys and her Superhero Entourage...that would be fun!

Anyway, Gramma stayed for a while, then I needed a nap. I'm sawing hard ZZZ's then I hear another car come crunching (in the snow) up the driveway. It's Preston & Dominika!!!!! WHOOOHOOOO the mayhem begins again!

This was a great welcoming, but I'm spent! I hear there are MORE visitors moving in next week, I'd better rest up.

REUNITED (and it feels sooo good!!!)

I'M HOME!!!! First I want to send a big thanks to Miss Sue and Mr. Mike who escorted me from my sunny home in Florida to 12 inches of snow and FRIGID temperatures....DON'T LEAVE ME HEREEEEEE!!

Just kidding. My mom was so tickled to see me, and I admit, it was good to be back in her arms again too. While I WAS doing my dance and spins for her, I was also trying to keep warm. It's COLD here! Thank goodness for my new bed, which I claimed right away. It was so nice, I liked it sooooo much I showed mom the "squinty eyes" trick I do when I'm SUPER happy!!

But I do want to send a special thanks my new friends Sue & Mike for the generous care in getting me back to my home..safe & sound. Mom got to talk to Miss Beth and tell her I had arrived, well they giggled and chatted, I just hoped that they will send Mr. Chet a big face wash from me, he hasn't had one in a day or two.

Mom & Miss Beth ended their school girl conversation by saying "I guess the million dollar question now is....is she or isn't she?"

Is she or isn't she WHAT?
I hate when they talk like that....am I WHAT? Oh nevermind, I'm home and I'm going to bed!!

MACHnificent!!!!

Sending a HUGE Shout Out to my sister, Cider, for finishing her MACH title this past weekend!! She grabbed agility by the horns and MASTERED it!!!

We met again at that big mega-vizsla dog show, the Nationals and shared a few stories about our mommies, our puppyhood, shared a drink at the water cooler, and gossiped like two high school girls. Cider has a cool mom and I even got to watch their team strut on the course....too fast too furious!

You DID IT girls!!!! WOOOT WOOOT!!

(3 days until I come home!!)

Homecoming Gift!

The crew & I decided to get Thyme a gift to welcome her home and make it extra comfy as she "bakes the new brood". After brainstorming (in Potter's case light brain "sprinkle" not 'storm') we decided to order her a new Orvis bed. Our second family, the Congleton's got us hooked (not line and stinker...that's another blogpost) on their beds when Bela got one for Christmas, which he shares when the girls push him out of it.
We fully endorse them....the beds that is...and the Congleton's too! So what better gift than one of her own...
In green, of course..with extra room for the belly o'bebes..aka..the bayou crew!

We miss you Timm-mmay...see you soon!!

Hook, Line, & Stinker!!

As my time in Florida with my new found family comes to a close, I think I've won them over...hook, line, & stinker (cause that's what I am). Mr. Chet takes me out special for a scenic tour of the neighborhood EVERRRRRYYY day and let's me sit on his lap as we enjoy the warm breeze on the back deck and I keep the yard free of vermin. Miss Beth, she's a cool chick, she let's me and Remy play on the deck together. Mom says that's the sign of a true relationship, a boy who wants to be around, even after he "gets the goods". I wuv Remy....but I'm not WUUUUUUV'n Remy anymore...been there, done that!

Well gotta make my mark in Florida before it's time to go. Mom says there's a whole entourage lined up to bring me home....ain't that royal!

Peace!
